Telling you about tomorrow is a guessing game.

 

 

Telling you what you were in your last lifetime is total nonsense.

 

 

But telling you what is happening in this moment - that the breath has come into you, and it’s going, and it’s coming, and you’re alive.

 

 

And because you’re alive, of all the feelings that you can feel, there is one that is the most supreme.

 

 

That is called... "joy".
